ABOUT AMI RESEARCH

AMI Research provides independent, institutional quality equity research to deserving microcap companies by combining in-depth, insightful research and customized graphics into detailed analyst reports. Unlike many issuer-paid research firms, AMI abides by CFA Institute and NIRI standards, ensuring coverage is objective and transparent.

Through a comprehensive initial report and three subsequent quarterly updates, AMI Research provides a high visibility review of a company’s business model, industry, competition and growth outlook. Coverage includes a detailed valuation model, a rating and a target share price based on fundamental, bottom-up analysis.

A Free Tool for Investors

An AMI Research report is an invaluable source of investment ideas, available free to self-directed investors. Coverage by AMI ensures an objective explanation of all facets of a business and increased exposure to numerous prospective investors seeking reputable investment ideas.

Wide Distribution

The quality of AMI Research reports, combined with a proprietary opt-in e-mail alert list and free subscription model, has resulted in a wide and prestigious audience. Research is direct emailed to proprietary retail and institutional contacts. Reports are available through Thomson/First Call, Investars and the company’s own AMIStockreports.com.

AMI RESEARCH provides issuer-paid research in accordance with the Best Practice Guidelines Governing Analyst and Corporate Issuer Relationship developed by the CFA Institute and National Investor Relations Institute, and as per the disclosures included in each research report.
