American Microcap Institute Updates Research Coverage on AcXess

Company Downgraded to Sell

Key Largo, FL, July 26, 2007 -- The American Microcap Institute (AMI), a leading online resource for microcap investors and a division of Hawk Associates Inc., announced today that it issued an update to its analyst coverage of AcXess, Inc. (Pink Sheets: INIV) based on the company’s fiscal 2007 year-end financial results.

The report analyzes AcXess’ fiscal 2007 year-end financial statements. Though revenues in the fourth quarter increased compared to nominal results earlier in the year, the number of customers adopting high availability hosting services remained flat and total business continuity (BC) customers decreased.

AMI Senior Analyst Cale Smith said, “AcXess appears to have lost one of its few BC customers during the fourth quarter, causing us to question the long-term viability of its BC as a managed service business model at a critical time in the company’s development. While AcXess maintains contracts to provide high-availability application hosting for Microsoft, SAP and Citrix Systems, we do not believe the economics of that service are as attractive as the more scalable managed services model. While we maintain our belief that AcXess’ technology is more valuable than implied by recent market prices, we cannot accurately gauge when or if the company’s shares will reflect that value in light of year-end results.”

The fiscal 2007 year-end update can be accessed from the AMI Research website, http://www.amistockreports.com.
